如果只要律师在2014年一月份(任何一天)提交485申请都是可以的吗？ Yes
如果在Visa Bulletin For February 2014，那个cut-off day变成01APR11(倒退了)。
是不是也不会影响我的申请，只要律师在2014年一月份提交了485？ You can only get

EB3-ROW-M-P - EB3 ROW moved by three weeks to October 08, 2005. As seen with

utilizing at least 10,563 additional unused visa numbers from EB1, EB2-ROW
and EB5. It is expected that at this pace dates can reach July 2007 in

available demand and calculations. Based on calculations, EB2-IC in most

是不是PD早于现在看的3月visa bulletin表B的cut-off date就可以在3月1号提交485了？
原本以为自己挺明白的，问了律师反而不明白了。
我是EB3, 现在看3月visa bulletin表B的cut-off date是2015年5月1号，我的PD早于这
个日期，所以就开始问律师应该准备些什么，心想3月1号就可以提交485申请了，可是
律师跟我说体检有效期是1年叫我等到PD current再去准备。难道到了3月这个表还会变
？新的表B不就是可以提交485的时间吗？

Visa Bulletin总是提前发布，即这个月发布下个月的cut-off day信息。
其实什么时候提交485都可以(当然大家都是Priority Day < Cut-off Day才提交)，但
是早提交早进入审批的流程，等变成current了，就可以批准绿卡了(不是current，即
使已经提交485，也不能批准绿卡)。
而那个一月中公布的Visa Bulletin For February 2014其实不影响我的申请。
这么理解应该是正确的吧？
