d*******3 发帖数: 148	1 Can not type chinese here, but if perm get approved and the previous employer seems to proceed to I-140 process, can the company file I-140 for him even if he is not working here ? ( does not need the paycheck? , etc) Is it possible USCIS will approve the I-140 ( he does not have the current paycheck to prove he is working here )?
