四月份公司提交的H1B EXTENSION，现在还没批，眼看着8月15上一个H1B就过期了。
请问如果到15号还没批准，身份有GAP或者问题么？

as you don't leave the states, no upgrade is needed on the request. That is
the lawyer's response on mine, my 485 is pending and H1B will expire in a
week. Good luck.

as you don't leave the states, no upgrade is needed on the request. That is
the lawyer's response on mine, my 485 is pending and H1B will expire in a

发帖数: 66 | 10 according to the lawyer's response, it looks like your employer will update
the record on you leaving the states (dates leaving and coming back?)on the
resubmitted request after H1B expires with a pending extension.But i don't
know whether you will get any trouble when coming back.I think it will be
fine since lawyer did not say thing like" you can't leave out of states
while it is pending" .Looks like it will be safer to bring the extension
receipt or 485 receipt with you in order to get h1b visa upon entry??
