Current了快2个月，看来一直在小黑屋的等着。今天刚收到议员回复：
The I-485 employment based is based on the approved I-140, SRCxxx which was
given a 2nd preference from China with a priority date of 3/12. Currently
there is current visa available at this time and the FBI fingerprints and
name checks are valid; therefore, I have requested the file to be sent to
the Adjudications Unit for processing. Once it is assigned to an
adjudicator for review, a decision or other Notice of Action will be sent to
the individual regarding his case.
