sevice requests in May and July, this Monday talked to tier officer, he said
case was pre-adjudicated long time ago but visa was not assigned yet, ask
us to write a letter to uscis with copy of I-140, I-485 and current visa
bulletin indicated the pd is current. He said he know the pd is current but
he can't correct it for us.
We started contacting senator and congressman to assist our case, anybody
has this kind of experience before? We appreciate your advice, thanks! | w********e

建议你至少联系本州的两位参议员，也至少联系本选区的众议员，先去网上填request
，一般他们的local office会联系你要材料，接下来他们就会去联系USCIS。

Congressional liaison at NSC
"Service records indicate both of the files referenced above are on a “Pre-
Adjudicate” hold shelf. Please bear in mind that all applications and
petitions are processed in receipt date order. The applications
referenced above were received on 8/15/07, while we acknowledge the
applications are past the processing date indicated on our website and the
visa preference category for the primary beneficiary appears to be current,
I do not have access to our inventory of pending cases so I do not know how
many applications of this type may be in line ahead of these applicants.&#
160; One other issue I can see is that the fingerprints for XXXare about to
expire. Fingerprints are good for 15 months and those currently on
file for him were taken on 5/26/10. It is my understanding that in
some cases we can update fingerprints through internal processing however
there is always the possibility that XXX may have to report to the
Application Support Center to be fingerprinted again which could slow
processing. Aside from that there is nothing else that I can tell you
except that I see no reason why the files should not be going to an officer
some time in the near future. If the applicants have not received
their Permanent Resident Cards, decisions or other notices of action within
the next 30 days then you will need to inquire again after that period of
time has elapsed."
Please advice if somebody has experience, I hope we are the only one case

其实30天的回答已经很不错了。隐含的意思是你的case基本上很快了。 |
