两页的话，就是最流行的国内公证处现在的4页
也就是你的2，3加上4中文5英文（certified by）
不需要1其实我觉着连4都不需要，只需要一页英文的下面的内容即可
当然国内开的4页证明是一一对应的，格式规整好看，官老爷最喜欢
你的情况按照uscis找个第三方签字就是certified by
注意第三方不能跟你有很近的关系，所以找个朋友或者同事即可

你的是老版本所以就是1，2页，下面是第3页的要求

发帖数: 142 | 3 你这个需要找个美国的翻译公司给你这个三页的公证书重新做翻译公证。因为是RFE,一
定要找最正规的美国翻译师协会的翻译。

matters as birth. Notarial certificates may be used aboard and are processed
through the notary offices located in all mayor cities...these documents
may be applied for by persons residing in China on behalf of friends... In
case where an applicant has no friends living in China, the request may be
submitted through the Embassy of PRC, Washington, D.C. for forwarding to the
