发帖数: 355 | 1 NIW，已经寄出去材料3个多月了。住在CA，mailing地址是一个Single Family。每天都
能收到其他的很多平信。
1） 第一次是2月，律师已经收到他的receipt copy。我的一直没有收到。本以为寄丢
了，问题不大，毕竟律师那里有一份。结果3月USCIS的网站上显示： the Post Office
returned a notice we sent you for your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for
Alien Worker , Receipt Number XXXXXX, because they could not deliver it.
This could have a serious effect on your case. Please go to www.uscis.gov/e-
request to request a copy of the notice immediately. If you move, go to www.
uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
2） 于是赶紧联系UCSIC要求重寄。 3月16 file了一个service request，3月28号收
到email 回信说Our service records indicate your Receipt Notice was mailed to
the address on file and the notice was returned as undeliverable by the
post office. We have requested the notice be resent to your address. You
should receive it within 10-14 business days.
同时，觉得是不是第一次没有收到是因为家门口的mail box上没有自己的名字，于是马
上把自己的名字打印出来给贴了上去。
3） 左等右等，等到4月中旬还是收不到，给USCIS打了一个电话，要求重寄。结果等到
4月底还是没有收到。
4） 然后重新又file了一个online service request。 得到答复：Our service
records indicate your Receipt Notice was re-mailed on 03/30/2015 to the
address on file and the notice was not returned as undeliverable by the post
office. We have requested the notice be resent to your updated address.
You should receive it within 10-14 business days.
这下到5与下旬了，还是看不到receipt的影子。中途去USPS的local office了2次，问
USPS的人，他们也说不知道，因为没有tracking number。每次我file service
request
的时候，都double check了，确保我输入的mailing 地址没有问题。

发帖数: 1552 | 2 我的receipt也没收到，用的还是律师的地址。又寄了一次，还是没收到。后来
approved letter倒是收到了，也就不管那个receipt了。 | L****Y
发帖数: 355 | 3 我的是律师和我自己都会收到一份。本来也不想管的，毕竟律师那收到了。但是上面那
个1的状态让人担心啊……
