大牛们请帮忙看一下。 我是3月中交的140 和485。主付申请人不在一个州, 付申请人
收到765， 但没收到485 和打指纹notice.
律师转了打指纹notice to 付申请人, 昨天付申请人waled in 打的指纹
今天早上USCIS发信说邮局退回了付申请人485 和 765 notice, 因为undeliverable
下午收到USCIS 发信说， 付申请人的485 和765 card/document production 了 (from
acceptance directly to card/document production。
不可能呀， 所以现在认为8成是被退件了。 怎么这么不顺：（ |

On April 10, 2014 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You
should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you
move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a
card (such as a "green card") or other document (such as a naturalization
certificate, employment authorization document, travel document, or advance
parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to
produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and
mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within
30 days of the approval of your application.
If you do not receive your document, please contact our National Customer
Service Center at 1-800-375-5283. |

我觉得8成是退件通知了。 没有decision , 直接就card/document production.

uscis iO明确表示card production 不能算批， 材料可能还在审核当中， 要最后变成
decision，说你被register了才能真正算批

production。
