action at some point should the amount of EB-2 demand become excessive. I
never want people to assume that just because a date has moved forward that
it will continue do so at that pace. Limiting expectations which end up
being exceeded is much better than raising expectations which are dashed

是要悲剧，如果他做悲观估计反而可能有惊喜。所以大家还是盼着他多搞一些悲观的论

，泼冷水，结果可能是柳暗花明又一村，这远比我一直说要大进，要快进，结果我前
进过头了要猛刹车要好得多。
3类倒退有预兆，在2月的VB已经小字提到了，就是take corrective action.

能提前停住或倒退（“take corrective action ”），relink人少就不需要take
