and he got gc in 5 months without RFE.

time of RFE. |

发帖数: 528 | 9 EVL for 485 is more like an unbinding offer letter. it needs to show that
the employer is willing to hire you once you get ur GC.
本特利 is right, if EVL dosn't have the future job clause, its probably not
better than nothing.
