company got approved last week.My company agrees to submit EB3 140 for me.
What is the next step? Can I submit 140 & 485 together? Should I prepare
exam now? How long will it take to get card finally?

１。体检的医生有什么要求？必须要公司指定的吗？
２。我ＬＰ还在国内，我可以先交自己的，以后再补加她的，还是必须一起交？填表我
可以带她填，但是体检就不行了
