2 officer. I submitted my I-495 at the beginning of 2012 under EB2 so it has
been pending for almost 3 years.
I told him that my PD (Jan. 2010) became current again and I asked him to
give me an update about my case. He said THERE IS NOT ANY VISAS AVAILABLE to
be assigned. I would have to wait for another year. Then he hung up on me!
Are you fucking kidding me?! This asshole happened to have an Indian accent.
Is this some sort of prank?! |

National Customer Service Center with a case-related inquiry and more than
30 days have passed and you have not received a response, you may email the
appropriate USCIS Service Center with your inquiry". It hasn't been 30 days
yet. Can I still email them?

than 02/2010. In fact, my PD is 01/2010.
