Y******u 发帖数: 1912	1 请问有人经历过这样的情况吗？绿卡pending (还无法提交i485) H1B在美国境内COS到 F1，表格上需要说明曾经提交过移民申请，怎么证明在cover letter里解释没有 immigration intention？这样成功率高吗？如果在COS pending的过程中（据说要几个月）可以提交I485了，那是否可以再提交 i485来转身份? 现在烦死了，I485估计要10月11月才能提交，但学校8月就开学了
