上次收到是８月５日去ASC fingerprint。因为我不在所指定所在地,我打电话给USCIS,
被告知可以去任何一个ASC。于是去了另一个州的ASC。但是现在收到另一个
fingerprint的通知,９月４日去ASC fingerprint。还是上次那个指定的ASC。
请问,这种情况是不是说明系统里没有我的指纹? 还是那个指定的ASC由于我没有去
appointment自动寄出fingerprint通知? Called USCIS and representatives knows
nothing! Asked me to go to ASC again on ９月４日. I am not getting my green
card! :(

发帖数: 165 | 2 Called USCIS and asked them to transfer me to tier 2 representative. God
bless USCIS! Tier 2 representative said my biometric info is already in the
system and I was suggested to mail a letter to USCIS stating that I will not
need a new ASC appt. |
