大家帮忙看看我找的这是tier 2么？还有就是nsc收到两次指纹是怎么回事啊？
先是进入系统，接给Tier 1。根据大家的经验就说是找不到receipt number. 人就直接
说那就给转更高一级customer service representative吧。接下来就系统告知所有的
representative很忙，要过20分钟给我打回来。确定了我的电话和名字。好吧，我就耐
心等。20分钟后准时打回来，让我拿着电话再hold 10分钟。之后开始有活人跟我说话
。
1. question： 确定是连在我的EB1的140了。 我有两个，但是EB1是最新的。
answer： 确认各种信息，查看系统，review 我的申请两次。告知我的485的receipt
number 看见两个140。 现在我被放在哪一组，他也不知道。他给发了一个transaction
给NSC，要求确认是连在哪个140. 说是21天之内会联系我。
2. Question:most recent update on my case status?
answer: on Oct 17th, NSC received my biometric prints.
我听迷魂了。我是7月打的指纹，怎么成了10/17？ 就恳求详细解释。说是系统里显示
收到了两次指纹，一次是7月，一次是10/17. 至于为什么，他也不知道。
看上去像是最近那一批刚刚给送出去 fbi background check 的。前面不是好几个
infopass回来说是10/20 被touch 过么。还有一个说是指纹被reload。可能跟我的一样
吧。我的representative没有用reload这个词。就说了好几遍，是从我的local ASC 又
重新要了一遍指纹。
3. Question:are all elements of my background check cleared?
Answer: sorry, i have no authority to check these details. Only the people
in the NSC can access this information. since nsc received your biometric
prints on Oct 17, i assumes it should be cleared.
4. Question: when is the latest update on my case processing milestones?
answer: i told you, it was on OCt 17.
5. Question： how long do you think i need to wait for the approval,
approximately?
answer; i do not know. out of my control. now the normal process time at the
NSC is 6-9 months. your case has been 4 1/2 months, so could be a couple of
months.
6. question： will my ld be bundled with me?
answer: not necessarily. you should be greened first as the primary
applicant.
所有通话完毕。最后要名字和ID，不给。说只能给last name, 不能给first name and
