上个月11号已经打过指纹了，本来就想等着绿就行了。。但是今天却又收到了打指纹的
通知。。notice上面跟上次的notice内容一模一样。。。有没有筒子遇到过相同的问题
啊。。。。这样的情况是不是还是要去打一遍指纹呢。。。心塞中。。 |

发帖数: 257 | 3 Same here. I got the action notice today, one month after my finger prints
were taken on Aug 4. Don't know why it happened.
I called 1-800-375-5283 a moment ago. The representative provided no
helpful information regarding this second finger print request. He coldly
replied that "if you are requested to retake the finger prints, please do so
because some information may be missing". I guess he’s level I rep and
has limited info to provide.
My husband and I took the finger prints together on the same day and both of
us got the notices today. I don’t believe it’s a quality issue of the
finger prints but would assume that USCIS, at least some branches, have
system problem. I planned to walk in either tomorrow or next Tuesday.
Hopefully can hear the confirmation from someone that it’s just a mistake
and all our bio information is in the system.
I will update you soon no matter what I get……

is in the system and I will need to mail USCIS TSC that no new appt is
needed. Call USCIS tier 2! |

发帖数: 257 | 5 Thanks Dancingsea! I saw your post and did call USCIS to be transferred to
Tier 2 rep, after waiting for almost 40 mins, some tier 2 rep took my call.
But the reply I got is different from yours.
She told me that although my biometric info is indeed in the system but
there's no any update on whether it's been reviewed and accepted so she
suggested to play safe, it's better to retake the finger prints just in case
. But again she said it's my judgement call. If I want to take the risk,
at least the finger prints have been submitted by the ASC.
I discussed with my husband. We may retake on 9/4. it doesn't hurt I guess.

me your experience!! Since my fingerprint was taken in a state that is
different from that on my ASC notice, I took for granted the reason for the
new fingerprint notice is that I did not go to the appointed ASC. Tier 2
representative only said my biometric is in the system so I had thought it
means under review. They did not mention "review" or "accepted". I will call
tier 2 again tomorrow to play safe. Thanks a lot for sharing!
btw: do you use TSC? If yes, could you please let me know the POBox number
on the envelope you received for the finger print notice? Thanks! |

attorney that she got 5 second action notices today. WTH....
Yes, our cases are in TSC center. I'm in office now and will check the PO
box for your when at home.

notice收走了。

and if they tell me no second fingerprint is needed, I will mail a letter to
TSC to explain. Thanks! Frustrating! |

发帖数: 10 | 14 我也是同样的，7月31号打过指纹了，上周又收到打指纹通知，和上次的信的内容一模
一样 让9月3号去。 我今天去过了，他们说是系统问题，有好多人都有同样的问题，他
们说我上次的指纹是合格的，不需要再打了。不会影响审核过程的。
好在没事，希望快点结束这漫长的等待 |
