Evidence of your ability to pay the offered wage must include your most
recent annual report, U.S tax return including all schedules, or audited
financial statements. If you employ 100 workers or more, you may submit a
statement from a financial officer of your organization, establishing your
ability to pay the offered wage.
请各位大侠解释一下到底需要什么材料啊。以前办140的时候公司就不是很愿意出财务
报表。本人是自己办理的pp, 律师忙H1b没空理我。我想知道最低限度我们要向USICS
提供一些什么材料。而且一定需要律师回复RFE吗？我本人回复可以吗？或者公司HR/
Manager回复呢？着急等待140approval 来递485 以免被reject，本人不是双飞。 | s********c

态度了，如果公司不支持你，那你悲剧了。
