We submitted the I140 and I485 together and USCIS(Nebraska Service Center)
received both of them on 1-14-2014. My priority date is 3/22/2012.
Case: EB2 to EB3
I140 was approved when we used the premium processing ($1,225). We got the
I140 approval notice (copy sent to us by our lawyer) on 3-11-2014.
What is going with I485? The status was always as acceptance. It stayed in
that phase forever.
YOYO0220, could you help? My wife told me not to worry about it, but I have
a different opinion.
I added my information to Google drive this afternoon.
