another PP immediately after the 1st rejection and got rejected again. 140
ND was 1/28. TSC. She said there were other 2 cases got rejected too. The
reason is no original PERM. she is willing to do another pp in mid March for
me. but I am not really putting much hope to it. As all the evidence has
shown TSC has very limited number of PP accepted. |

site storage里，很容易找到。
被据的是因为那些文件放在off site facility里。一时找不到。
今天下午又有一个case. 第一次PP被NSC据了， 理由是没有original labor

发帖数: 33 | 18 律师也不知道。 只是用＂erratic"来形容USCIS在PP这方面的混乱。
从我周围例子来看， 有PD2010，2011，2012年接受PP的， 也有PD2011， 2012被拒绝
PP的， 看不出规律。

送。
这下送到嘴边的肉($1225), 不能吃，还得咽着口水把肉送回去。
