Can we file EB-3 I-140 through premium processing?
No, because USCIS will not premium process (PP) if the original PERM
approval notice is not included. Since we are filing based on a PERM
already submitted with your previous EB-2 I-140, we cannot file this under
PP.

我家也想直接双飞加PP 但是看别人说先双飞 然后过两周再PP 好像有区别 |
