). My I-140 was approved in August 2010 and my priority date is March, 2010.
I got laid off and had my visa changed to B2. Now I found another job. Can
my H-1B be extended? My priority date already became current. Thanks! |

Another question: I had used up the 6 year H1-B at my previous company and
got it extended for another 3 year. I got laid off after having used the H1-
B for over a year.
My PD became current in August, 2013, at that time I didn't have a job. Now
I found a job, the employer sponsors me H1-B but I don't know
1)if the new H1-B is subject to quata 2) Is it possible to get the H1-B?

a whole year to clear the law. Better to consult your new employer's lawyer.
