Risk: if the new employer doesn't sponsor your GC, of if your old employer
revoke the I-140 (declare it was a fraud -- who would do that). |

发帖数: 10056 | 4 remember you can only extend h1 when your pd listed in the 140 is NOT
current. If you stay with an employer who doesn't sponsor your GC, you may
not be able to extend your H1 with the old 140 one day.
