here.
it's not because people in china are not interested in gc.
in fact, people in china, especially those within systems, want a us gc very
much, at least for their children.

要不你去看看12年1月放水时又多少delay？1月12日的inventory就统计出1月寄到的485
了。

我怎么记得以前讨论过法律条文，说，3C多余名额不专门给2C。。。。。而是给2类。
。。然后按PD分。。。也就是个SB烙印。。。

多等好多年，这也是EB3row出现排期的原因。EB2ci因为horizontal SO占了好多便宜了

485...这样annual名额，很快用完。
