现在在公司A上班，有non－compete，估计是3个月左右，公司B给了offer，帮忙办H1b
transfer，在non－compete期间不算在公司A的payroll上，如果期间我转成H4，H1b
transfer可能会成功嘛？还是不占quota的那种嘛？

if current H1 sponsor is A, your paystubs should come from A. Or if A is a
client, and you are sponsor by a consulting company, then paystub from
consulting company. You should not be your independent contractor and on H1
(which means you don't own this consulting company). |
