递上去了正在等，没问题的。

If the extension is still pending after the expiration of your current H-1B,
you will be able to remain in the U.S. and to continue to work. You will
not be able to travel overseas, until the extension is approved. If your
driver's license expires on the same date as your current H-1B, you will not
be able to renew it until you have the H-1B approval notice. If necessary,
you can choose to pay $1,225 to premium process the H-1B petition.

的时候我个人认为不会有任何问题。入境只是走个过场而已，个别时候前台的经验不足
，难为你一下也是可以理解的。你想想，之前Boston爆炸案后来抓住的那几个俄罗斯帮
助销赃的同伙里，有一个I20都过期了，人家都入境了，你这个怕什么。
个人经验认为如果你想更保险的话，第一要带上renew的receipt，第二争取在旧的过期
前回来。如果你有这些，入境没理由难为你。 |
