分。

恋这条),这个不过,就不加到最后的bill里没事情.另一种是重要的修正案比如这次枪控
的Manchin-Toomey,如果这个不过,那整个bill就dead了.

以把这条去掉的.仔细研究一下控抢里面的禁半自动步枪.health care里面的public
option.

的amendment。

所有的amendment都处理了，三读，然后整个bill再投票。
比如gun control bill，在background check上作了妥协的amendment先挂掉了，那就
是说原来的bill更没希望通过，所以最后整个bill就搁置了。同时挂掉还有很多更激进
的amendment,但是那些都是表明立场的，不通过对最后的bill也没有影响。
同性恋条款，首先八人帮里的GOP都不支持，所以就算dem加进去，到floor上能拿到60
票的可能极小。如果加进去，还有一个是不是要极力push的问题，push的太多，可能把
整个bill都拖进去，dem要算计后果如何。

LGBT lobbyst说没事，gop不敢反对整个bill；rubio说加进去bill就完蛋了。
Leachy说我加进去了，回头10个dem comittee member里找一个反对，最后也出不了
comittee,就等于show了一把而已。
