申请。但是学校国际办公室老恐吓我说待那么久可能会有问题。让我带足证明文件以防
回来的时候有问题。我应该带些什么？美国房贷证明？水电收费单？有谁有过同样经历
的指点一下？多谢！ |

probably except for humanistic reasons).
Have you held an AP already? Not sure about what you meant by saying that AP
is not needed if the leave is within one year.

ELSE
2. if you have valid AP, use AP to return.
ELSE
3. if university has sponsored H1 for you, get an H1 visa stamp to return.
ELSE
4. if no current valid sponsorship, but university will hire you. Have them
file H1 petition for you and you do consulate notification to get H1B visa.
ELSE
5. if no one hire you to continue work in US, apply B2 visa stamp to come to
