发帖数: 756 | 1 之前听说只要交了perm，交的那天的日期就是整个绿卡申请的排队日期。 今天收到律
师的信。不知道之后perm如果被批准的话，是不是今天这个日期就是排队日期了？
律师信如下：
（里面提到的查询link 是 http://icert.doleta.gov/ 但是没研究出来怎么用那个link查询东西。汗 ）
Dear XXXX:
We are pleased to inform you that we have submitted YYYY Corporation’s PERM
Labor Certification application to the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) on
your behalf. The application will be adjudicated by a National PERM
Processing Center.
We cannot predict exactly when the PERM Labor Certification application will
be adjudicated. The DOL is reporting that it is adjudicating PERM Labor
Certification applications that were filed in August 2012. You may find a
link to the DOL’s processing time estimates here. We will contact you as
soon as we hear anything specific regarding your case.
The DOL may require your original signature on the filed PERM application
before it can be adjudicated. If you have plans to travel abroad before we
notify you that the PERM application has been adjudicated, please let us
know so we can make the appropriate arrangements.
