发帖数: 367 | 9 Is the PD on your 485 the correct PD? (same as your I-140 PD)
If not, something is wrong. and if the PD on your 485 receipt is later than
it should have been, you need to have USCIS correct it.

real Priority Date. Some dimwit at the USCIS AOS unit decided to call I-485
filing receipt date as priority date as well. So look at your I-485 receipt
notice, the received date and the priority date should be the same.
If your priority date has been current for over 6 months and your AOS still
has not been adjudicated, I would call the USCIS to find out why. |
