不知道EB2排期（PD:02/2010）要等到猴年马月，三年工作经验了，决定向学校有关部
门申请EB1b的评估。
如果允许我申请eb1b，
1.可以140/485一起提交给USCIS吗?
2.eb2申请后，已拿到EAD/AP，明年才过期，131/765就不需要再次和140/485提交了吧？
3.I-140填表三个问题：
1）第一页下面：
Check below if the petition is being filed
to amend a previous filed petition.
要不要打勾？难道要影响我以前eb2申请中被批准的140吗？
2）第2页下面两个问题啥意思？
7. Is the petition being filed without an original labor certification
because the original labor certification was previously submitted in support
of another Form I-140?
8. If the petition is being filed without an original labor certification,
are you requesting that USCIS request a duplicate labor certification from
the Department of Labor?
