据说选NO比较容易PP Approve,但是一楼又说Yoyo本人是选的Yes.求大牛本人证实~ 下
面是quote的：
"For your information, people who have had their premium processing (I-907)
accepted are comparing with those whose I-907 were rejected. One of the
findings is that there is a yes or no question 8 in part 4 of I-140 form:
If the petition is being filed without an original labor certification, are
you requesting that USCIS request a duplicate labor certification from the
Department of Labor?
Those who had their I-907 accepted reported that they selected NO. It seems
that USCIS will try to find the original labor certificate internally from
the previous EB2 I-140 if they see NO.
Most of those who had their I-907 rejected reported that they selected YES.
This sounds interesting to me. Just for your information." |
