count.
If you look at the history of STEM for the past ten years you will easily
see that GOP has been consistently pushing and supporting STEM, while Dems
have been ignoring high tech immigrants, if not standing in their way to
favor illegals.

check her representing district -- San Jose, CA.
She used to be immigration lawyer herself.

The real problem nowadays is that rarely people can across partisan lines.
Most moderates, both GOP and dem, were eliminated or to be eliminated.

pushing for STEM or other immigration reform such as HR3012 to benefit high-
tech immigrants.
Meanwhile, the focus of Dems has been on illegals. If they spent half of
their enthusiasm towards illegals on skilled immgrants, a lot of partisan
lines would have been crossed.

STEM的关键是这50，000名额从哪来。GOP坚持不增加绿卡名额，而民主党不会放弃DV的
。GOP对绿卡名额的不妥协和民主党对DV的不妥协有区别吗？
GOP要真心推STEM，就应该对BRAIN适当妥协，愿意增加STEM的额外名额。 |
