2004 PD means that we will get all the spillover and none goes to Chinese.
It means we will end up getting more quota.

Yes, we are all suffering. But, if there is anything that makes us feel
better, it is that EB2C is even worse.
There are 5 times more EB2I than EB2C and yet they can't get ahead of us. In
fact, there are more Korean EB2s that that of Chinese.
At least, they are stuck with us.

Chinese number is decreasing not because China is better than India, but
because there aren't nearly as many Chinese companies that create fake
positions in US. In fact, in terms of percentage, more Chinese masters and
PhDs stay in US.
All I am saying is that it is comforting to see China stuck with us even
when they have far less applicants. |

位代表和美国国务院签证办公室的负责人奥本海默（Charlie Oppenheim）就EB-1和EB-
2的排期问题进行了讨论交流，要点如下：
（1） EB-1的名额用量非常大。八月份的用量几乎创纪录。签证办公室也不知道什么
原因。看来不会再有剩余的名额下移到EB-2类别使用。

发帖数: 748 | 8 阿三也别太得意。什么时候如果阿三把 SO全部吃掉，而老中一个都没有，那阿三的排
期也肯定落后老中。只有老中能拿到SO的时候，才是阿三和老中排期一样的时候。我认
为唯一能出现这种局面的情况就是O大傻把ROW的名额也给EB2I，让EB2-ROW也排期。
换一个角度，现在老中EB2每年也就3000个申请，基本排个5年就能拿卡。除非以后EB2I
永远小于等于5年，否则阿三排期比老中慢是肯定的。看看EB3I的升级情况，EB2I以后
不止等5年。
