本财年库存已经建完，进门的人数肯定已经大于名额数，现在已经进门的就是抢名额了
，谁先抢到谁运气。PD 08年3月15日前的(12月RD为主）基本都能抢到，PD 09年1月1日
前的(1月RD为主)机会也不小，必须争取在4月抢到，10年1月1日（2月RD）前的还要看5
月VB是否倒退，如果不倒退，则加入争抢行列。
一旦名额分光，排期将倒退到史前，除了爷爷辈PD的，谁都拿不到，那个时候如果还没
绿的PD又比较靠前的就悲催了，PD靠后但在倒退前抢到的最幸运。类似09年7月的情况

不是什么危言耸听，我已经说了，退到史前只是一个象征性动作，代表名额用光了。就
跟Ebay神医把一个东西价格一下提高十倍一样，只是代表暂时没货了，大家不用freak
out，等神医进了新货，价格立马又回来了。
奥本为了确保14万EB名额不超批，接下来的可以有两种排期走法。
走法1: 不动->不动->不动->...->名额突然用光，退到史前->下一财年初回复到原来位
置并建立新库存
走法2：先大退一步(比如到08年）->前进->前进->前进（最后落点在09年某一时间）->
下一财年初回复到原来位置并建立新库存
两种走法都能达到14万名额用光的目的。老PD肯定喜欢走法2，新PD肯定喜欢走法1。作
为局外人，我认为走法2更公平些。 |
