的offer，挣扎了一段时间后还是决定调槽，结果刚离职2周，PERM批了，和原来公司的
老板联系看能不能继续办140，结果他回信不愿意：
I have looked at the I140 form, and I do not believe that I can complete
this in good conscience. When I raised this issue with Attorney, he
indicated that we could legally continue to sponsor if we intend to hire you
back when you obtain US permanent residence. As you and I both know, no
such agreement exists. I understand that you wish to get your green card as
soon as possible, but I can't do anything which could be interpreted to be
misleading or dishonest.
老板确实是一个比较正直的人，都不知道怎么去跟他说了，大伙有什么建议吗？ | k******1

发帖数: 1371 | 3 你老板不支持是人之常情，可以理解。如果有希望的话，去谈谈，看看能否协调处个解
决方案，比如商定递交485的时候回去工作几个月。我们这里有烙印就是这么干的。

你这件事情,你前老板于公于私都没有好处.人家犯不着为了你早日拿绿卡去冒欺诈的风
险.而且从情感上来说,你"背叛"山门,又想回来捞好处,除非你前老板是大善人,真看不
出他有啥INCENTIVE帮你.
算了吧赶紧MOVE ON让新公司开始新PERM吧.在行业老大多呆一些时间等绿卡也不耽误你
的事业发展吧. | g**n

to execute this employment any more, thus the boss can not sign "future
employment".
