阿三美国人只有280万，而且大多居住在民主党胜券在握的州，如果我是民主党议员，
绝对不会在大选前考虑这样的bill，对自己没一点好处。 |

the more talents in the pool, the easier to hire.
"员工越晚拿绿卡，公司越开心" only true for indian bodyshops. They are not
going to contribute to campaign funds as Google, MS, Cisco, etc. And the
real big high techs cares more about talents.
ICCs and lawyers are the ones not happy about passing such bill.

new ppl.
as i said, icc and lawyers are the objection forces. not the big or small
corp who really needs talents.
