电子科技大学是国家“985工程”、“211工程”重点建设的教育部直属重点大学，坐落

，当年老Bowden刚夺冠意气风发，有记者问这个能夺冠是talent更重要，还是
discipline更重要。老Bowden回复曰：如果discipline能夺冠，那么每年决赛都应该是
Army对Navy乐。
这个talent和discipline大多数时候都是矛盾的存在，象我鳄圣Tebow这样既是不世出
的天才，又能遵守纪律的模范青年实在是可遇不可求。一般的天才球员如我鳄Percy
Harvin等都是恃才傲物，视discipline如无物的主。如何协调好talent和discipline，
既能赢球又约束好球员，是每一个powerhouse的高薪教练都要面对的问题。一般每一个
教练都有自己的风格，主要分为以下几种。
第一类是以萨班和LesMiles为代表，既能招到超一流的talent，又能以自身强大的气场

Knowledge and Skills (TAKS) 通过率都在95%以上。学校1有48%的学生是Gifted and
talented， 学校２只有１０％。 请问一下到底什么算Gifted and talented？这样
的学生太多会不会压力很大？

但听说，如果不是从PRE-K考的话，即使考的很好，也进不了Gifted and Talent

在这里比较久的也许知道我的id，去年底(2012年底）回国去做startup了，做手机游戏
方面。
有人说手游烂大街了，我也不否认，国内你随便找个所谓的软件创业，估计都说要做手
游，搞得
我都没面子说自己是做手游得。。。
但是另一方面，相对于其它mobile app，手机游戏是唯一拥有稳定盈利模式的，而且也
不容易被
