said this is something they can rely upon to force government speed its
process. This is a grave misunstanding.
The correct way to understand the 27% issue is that the law prevents the
DOS
working with USCIS from issuing more than 27% each quarter of the
annual
visa quata in order to prevent from the visa being over-issued at the
end of
the year. It essentially says visa officers should be cautious of
issing
too many, too fast of visas to the Chinese and Indian applicants. Why,
because they don't want to help us more than tey are required.
So my primary point here is if you have submitted 485 application you
still
have achance to get the visa in this quarter because there are as many
as
2800x27% visa to be assigned in this quarter started from Apr. 1.
I assure you that this point is true and conclusively true without any

发帖数: 4846 | 3 I agree O probably is not doing Chinese EB2 a favor, but he clearly is
doing Indian EB2 a favor.
Over allocating visa # is just one side effect, building an inventory
primarily made of Indian applicants is the major goal.
