发帖数: 8496 | 10 when you use EAD to be contractor. But of course this is not the same job
your I-140 was based on when filing I-485, this is the job you changed to
after 180 days of I-485 pending. But because in this case you are the CEO
and the person who write your own EVL, so this EVL is useless almost unless
you have actual contract and 1099 to back it up. Your client HR cannot
write a formal EVL for you because you are a contractor, not their employee.
