I don't know it's random or not.
Anyway, we need to submit all recuitment documents.
We got 5 resumes in total, and there was a qualified candidate, but we never
interviewed him.
I'm sure he's US citizen, Bacholar degree + 20+ years working experience.
The requirement of my job is Mater degree, and knowledge in six sigma.
Is there any reason that we could use to explain why we reject this
candidate without interview?

I don't want to blame my attorney, no help now.
So I just want to find the solution.
This candidate has a bachelor degree, and 20+ working experience.
But his experience is just a part of the job duties.
Since DOL consider mater degree = bachelor degree + 5 years experience,
I don't know if we can use this reason (his experience is not qualified) to
reject him.
