我明白对于H, 可以在485 pending 期间离开美国，如果还是以H 回来没有问题。485
的case 不会被视为放弃。
我的问题是AP. 如果 在 AP pending 期间回国, 那么 AP 申请视为自动放弃 (correct
me if i'm wrong)：也就是说，即使在回国后，你的AP 被批准了，也不能用此AP 进
入美国。（不能把批准的AP寄回中国用它返回)。 我的理解是这样的。
但是，在此情况下，是不是批准的AP就永远无效了，我下次再回国，也不能用批准的AP
回来？ 如果答案是 “是”，那么，是不是我得重新再申请一次AP?

When you are in secondary inspection, CBP will check a few things including
1. whether your I-485 is still pending 2.for this trip, whether you left USA
after this AP was approved,... 3... 4....
And both anwsers to 1 and 2 are "yes" in your case. |
