My current work place is one of US offices (TX) but not Corporate
headquarter address(Boston) . I wonder if I need to fill the US office
address(TX) or headquarter address(Boston)in G-325 form. Thank you very much

I have the same problem. I just fill in current work place.
As far as the company name is correct, I don't think this matters much.
