天问她开始了没，要我做啥吗？又一个星期后才收到回信说开始了。正好老公开始eb１
，我烦律师慢，又不想两头交钱，就叫律师停了我的案子，她还收我５００刀。
４月１６日，老公这边无进展，又听说我们公司下半年要大裁，我只要又开始搞降级。
又收了我８００刀的当天律师就交了１４０.２月说的是双飞，现改单飞了也不说一声
。我看让她做点啥这么难，就没说什么。一个星期内，我把所以４８５的材料都给律师
，不见动静。一问，她居然说：We have received all your material. We will file
485 before the retrogression, but you should expect several week for us to
prepare documents for you. 到现在也没收到１４０的receipt。我觉得她心里的
deadline是５月３１号前交４８５就行。怎么催她呢？
而且单飞４８５不是容易被拒？我不指望拿绿卡，就想在被裁前拿到EAD。照她这么弄
我看也悬。急啊！ |

不是心里， 他们email里就是这样写出来的！ 才不关心你早点绿晚点绿呢只要某天完
成你这case就成！
我的经验就是催催催！ 不要不好意思催， 他们律师这么无耻的email都发的出来， 我
们有什么不能催的！

t talk to her face to face. She never talked with me on the phone either. I
don't expect green card at all. I am afraid 485 will be rejected for the
first filing. So even if she files 485 before 5/31, I still can't get ead
before the retrogression.
I will 催催催. Is there a way I can put some pressure on her? Find her
supervisor or get help from HR or my supervisor? |

The AOS will be filed before any possible retrogression of priority dates,
and we assure you we will file them correctly so that they are not rejected.
The good thing is that she does reply to me within a day this time.BTW it's
Fragomen.They should be very experienced with the downgrade case now. So I
should just trust her,wait and 催 weekly? |
