Where you got the 出生公证? if in China, should come with birth certificate,
no need notarization any more.

in my question 5, the item is no.1, asking which USCIS office and dates. i
don't understand.
i have the birth certificate from china. but i don't want to mail the
original one to USCIS and that's why i have someone to notarize the copy of
this birth certificate.
so i have only question 5 pending. anyone can give me a light?

I wouldn't do it since I am not sure if USPS would deliver USCIS mail to
that kind of address.

The center mailed your EAD card. Check your OPT receipt. Date is on there
too.

如果你是J-1入境，在美国办Wwaiver后转了H-1B（没有离开美国去美国领馆申请H-1B
visa 再回美国），那么你该填J-1或exchange visitor。 |

这里的admission是指入境admission，在美国境内转身份是approval，不是admission
。这里class of admission 是指最近一次入境美国的身份类别，不管那是几年前的事
，也不管在美国转过多少次身份，就是指最近那次入境美国的身份类别。

Admission" on the new Form I-131, Application for Travel Document. The USCIS
has confirmed that they are seeking the applicant's current immigration
status. They are not looking for the status at first or most recent entry to
the U.S., if different from the current status. For example, if a person
entered the U.S. through a Port of Entry and was granted F-1 status, but
later changed his or her status to H1B from within the U.S., the correct
answer on the form for Class of Admission is H1B.
It is unclear why the USCIS decided to change the phrasing of this question.
We appreciate that they have clarified the definition so that we are better
able to assist our readers and clients in providing accurate information to
