Primary Applicant 的I20找不全了，OPT时的EAD卡也找不到了怎么办呢？
Dependent申请清单里面的下面这几项要的是Primary的还是Dependent自己的？
11. Copy of I-797 Approval Notice for H1b
12. W-2 of latest 3 year (08, 09, 10)
13. Paycheck stab for March, April and May 2011
14. CV
(#12,13 optional)

check your university international center to see if they have a copy. If
you cannot find anywhere, write anote stating it is lost.
OPT时的EAD卡也找不到了怎么办呢？
Ask your company HR, they should have copy if you used it before.
If she is in h1, then it's hers. Otherwise, remove this or change it to h4.
If she has a job/income.
