Hi,
i have been following these posts for last few weeks. I have seen some EB-2
indians to be selfish
and not thinking about us EB-3 indians and supporting H.R 3012.
I talked to some immigration experts and as per them if this bill passes EB-
3 India which will
be then EB-3 (All the world) . The visa's will become unavailable for coming
years and it
will take around 15 more years to get our green card. Also USCIS is creating
a rule where porting from EB-3
to EB-2 will not be possible.
So please do everything we can do to stop this bill instead of supporting it
like other fellow indians.....
