v*******o 发帖数: 37 | 1 It seems the common belief that EB2 typically represents half of the
published PERM counts MIGHT TURN OUT TO BE NOT TRUE.In particular, EB2I
marks the substantial part of Indian PERM. I am simply using $50K annual
salary as the cut-off. I was going to use to "Level I/II/III" designation in
the PERM data to get the approximation, but the salary range for each level
is fairly inconsistent or patternless. Feel free to comment. All in all,
all initiatives being pursued by NIU is worth a shot - in particular the 27%
thing.Good luck! | a**v 发帖数: 357 | 2 So the data from ICC is considered real? | l****i 发帖数: 3339 | 3 Wow, it is much worse than expected. | v*******o 发帖数: 37 | 4 That'd be my take on this too. But don't read too much into this, as not
sure if the $50K salary line to differentiate EB2/3 is reaonsable or not. I
do know many folks are earning $50K+ that unfortunately got trapped in EB3.
I guess my message here is again to be hopeful, but not optimistic.
Good luck! |
