the new company is very slow with H1B transfer (immigration attorney is very
slow). Can I use EAD (485 filed in July 2007) to start work while waiting
for H1B transfer to be finished? When H1B transfer is done, can I change
back to H1B?
By the way, my PD is 06/22/2007. It may become current next month... Very
confused now.
