the United States for ten years. In these ten years, I received post-
graduate level American education and have been working and helping America
remain competitive in this increasingly globalized economy. However, I am
still stuck in the long and exhausting process of legal immigration; there
currently is no light at the end of the tunnel.
I am writing to express my grave concerns regarding severe discriminatory
practice of the crucial visa number allocation process. This issue is
emergent and needs immediate attention.
Over the past three years, the visa numbers assigned to documentarily
qualified applicants of China Employment-Based Second Preference (EB2) have
been vastly outnumbered by those of India.

This will ultimately lead to the dominance of one country receiving the
majority of the precious visa numbers, which is against the objective of
Diversity. I sincerely ask for your attention to this.
I would like to take this opportunity to ask for your support on making the
visa allocation process more transparent, by having actual approved
immigration visa numbers published for each country each month. | h********e
