1. Hire a leader: $1000.
Job function: according this activity. Protest application to government (if
need), summon people(paid or volunteer). Prepare protest material, such as
letters, board, post, order lunch, etc.
2.People: 50 at least, max 100 paid.
$100 per person, $10000 max
Self pay parking and transportation.
3. Lunch: $5 person, total $500
Overall cost $12000.
If NIU can spend $12000 every month in such way, I believe Chinese will get
